Description: Heard about "green roofs" (and heard that they're expensive and take a lot of work)? We've made it simple and affordable - our EcoRoof House framework requires very little expertise or assembly: simply attach the 4 legs and place 4 pre-planted EcoTrays on top, and you're done! This is the real thing: EcoTrays contain specific plant varieties (sedums, primarily) and a soil recipe intended for non-irrigated environments, i.e. roofs. EcoTrays are 2' x 2' each and reduce the runoff of an average of 500 gallons of rainwater per year in a location of 50" rainfall per year. They detoxify & oxygenate the air, attract beneficial insects and butterflies. Children will enjoy playing in the shade below the EcoRoof. Made from recycled, heavy-duty durable plastic and Stainless Steel Hardware - materials perfect for outdoor applications.
