COMMERCIAL PLAYGROUND WARRANTY
Standing behind our equipment since 1981!

100 YEAR WARRANTY on RSP™ vertical POSTS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.

10 YEAR WARRANTY on all OTHER RSP™ COMPONENTS (including BORDERS) and ECO-COLOR™ PLASTIC PRODUCTS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.

10 YEAR WARRANTY on STEEL COMPONENTS and STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.

3 YEAR WARRANTY on POLYETHYLENE ROTO-MOLDED PRODUCTS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.

FIRST YEAR WARRANTY on MOVING PARTS and all other MATERIALS not mentioned above under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration, weathering or manufacturing defects; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.

• The above mentioned warranties do not include cosmetic issues, scratches, dents, marring, moderate warping, fading or discoloration.

• The above warranties are valid only if the structures are erected in conformity with the layout plan and/or installation instructions provided by Play Mart; have been maintained and inspected in accordance with Play Mart’s instructions; have not been subjected to addition or substitution of parts; and have not been modified, altered, or repaired by persons other than Play Mart or Play Mart’s designees in cooperation with installers.

• Damage resulting from vandalism, misuse, negligence, accidents or acts of God is not covered by this warranty.

• Warranties apply from date of signed PURCHASE ORDER.

• Moving of playground equipment: ASTM and CPSC guidelines require that any equipment moved must be upgraded to meet current safety standards. For continued warranty protection, Play Mart requires that Play Mart play equipment must be moved by a Play Mart certified installer or risk voiding this warranty.

• Installation and/or labor costs are not included in replacement of warranty parts.

• Shipping costs are not included after the first year on warranty parts.

• Restocking: Play Mart may choose to restock play equipment in reusable condition for a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

Maintenance checks at regular intervals are recommended by Play Mart and are the responsibility of the OWNER. (See Maintenance Form in Maintenance Kit included with each project).

NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO PLAY MART’S COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PLAY MART PRODUCTS CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE “NATURE OF EARLY PLAY” LINE OF EQUIPMENT.

Play Mart reserves the right to improve and upgrade our equipment, designs, specifications & materials without notice.

NATURE OF EARLY PLAY WARRANTY

LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY on RSP COMPONENTS and EcoColor™ PLASTIC PRODUCTS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to deterioration or weathering.
LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY on STEEL COMPONENTS and STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or weathering.
LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY on all POLYETHYLENE ROTO MOLDED PRODUCTS against structural failure due to deterioration or weathering .
LIMITED FIRST YEAR WARRANTY on MOVING PARTS and all other MATERIALS not mentioned above against structural failure or manufacturing defects.

• The above warranties are valid only if the structures are erected in conformity with the layout plan and/or installation instructions provided by Play Mart; have been maintained and inspected in accordance with Play Mart’s maintenance instructions; have not been subjected to addition or substitution of parts; and have not been modified or altered by persons other than a Play Mart certified installer.
• The above mentioned warranties do not include any cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, marring, fading or discoloration.
• Damage resulting from vandalism, misuse, negligence, accidents or acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
• Warranties apply from the Date of Purchase.
• Installation labor is not included in replacement of warranty parts. Shipping is not included after the first year on warranty parts.
• Restocking: Play Mart will restock play equipment in re-usable condition for a 20% restocking fee + return shipping.

Maintenance checks at regular intervals are the responsibility of the purchasing agents (see maintenance forms in Customer’s Maintenance Kit).

Our COMMERCIAL PLAYGROUND WARRANTY applies to any modular playground equipment (play items that include a modular playground deck and posts).
